1. SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions apply to all items for sale and sold by MeyerMachine.com Online Store. The MeyerMachine.com Online Store is synonymous and one in the same as Meyer Machine & Equipment, Inc. The Online Store is secured through SSL.
2. OFFERS, CONCLUSIONS OF CONTRACTS
Offers of items for sale in the MeyerMachine.com Online Store represent an invitation to a customer to place an order and fulfill a purchase contract, completely. An order from a customer concludes at the time that the order is submitted by the clicking on “Make My Purchase”, at which time, tender for goods is processed and upon success, the order is converted to a completed sale. Once a Sale is completed, the customer will receive an on-screen receipt showing proof of purchase, as well as the same by email provided.
MeyerMachine.com Online Store Customers make choice of how they prefer their back ordered products to be handled. Upon a product not being in stock for immediate shipment, Meyer Machine Supply & Equipment will process the orders to the customer’s request. In such cases as expedited shipments, Meyer Machine Supply & Equipment will attempt to make contact with the Customer regarding the readiness of the order. Back ordered expedited shipments (Next Day Service, 2-Day Service, 3-Day Service), will be the only conditions in which a MeyerMachine.com Online Store purchase may be cancelled and refunded.
3. PRICES
The prices listed on MeyerMachine.com Online Store are in US Dollars, tax, duties, fees, and delivery service not included. Meyer Machine Supply & Equipment is located in the state of Illinois, and collects Sales Tax on all orders shipped to Illinois addresses, and Picked-Up at the Meyer Machine Supply & Equipment Facility. Payment is due in full for all orders before the order is converted to a sale.
4. TRANSPORTATION METHODS & COSTS
Shipping and handling costs are not included in the listed prices of goods on MeyerMachine.com Online Store. When placing an order on MeyerMachine.com Online Store, the customer must choose the delivery/pick-up service and agrees to pay the dollar amount associated with that service, quoted within the checkout process. The shipping amount quoted through the MeyerMachine.com Online Store is inclusive of all shipping costs, Business-TO-Business. In the event that a Webstore Transaction is completed without the specification of an actual shipping method and associated cost, the order will be made ready for Will-Call/Pick-Up at the dock of Meyer Machine Supply & Equipment, and the customer will be notified. If the customer is unable to pick up the order, Meyer Machine Supply & Equipment will make appropriate shipping arrangements, and the customer will be responsible for the actual charges.
LTL Common Carrier (Truck) is a shipping method otherwise known as Semi-Trailer. Standard Quoted Delivery Service by LTL Common Carrier includes delivery to a Commercial Location with a loading dock and/or forklift available for unloading the truck. Customers wishing to specify a delivery point without a loading dock and/or forklift available may incur additional charges for necessary arrangements. Any additional charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. If further services are necessary for delivery beyond standard service, all changes must be pre-authorized by Meyer Machine Supply & Equipment to the shipper prior to performance on delivery. 4.1 Shipping Disclaimer: Solutions or liquid products sold, individually packaged in volumes of greater than ONE GALLON are IN-TACT at the time of transfer to preferred shipping vendor or customer, either by LTL Truck, Small Parcel, Common Carrier, or Customer Pick-up. Any damage to product incurred during transit, by transit carrier, or customer, will be the responsibility of buyer and transit company to settle claims and/or replace product.
4.2 FREE FREIGHT – Any items shipped with a COUPON CODE providing FREE FREIGHT will ship via STANDARD COMMERCIAL SERVICE that is most appropriate with the actual freight being shipped. Small items that are able to ship via UPS Parcel Service may require a signature upon delivery, this is at the discretion of the delivering terminal and driver. Large items that must ship via LTL Common Carrier include delivery to a commercial location without any residence on the property, with a loading. Absence of any of these requirements may require additional services that will be billed out separately and may included: RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY, LIFT-GATE DELIVERY, LIMITED ACCESS DELIVERY, NOTIFICATION REQUIRED, RE-DELIVERY. Access to the delivery terminal to CONSIGNEE PICK-UP arrangements can be made to avoid any additional charges.
5. TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment can be made by credit card for purchases made on MeyerMachine.com Online Store. All acceptable credit card payment methods will be listed on the billing portion of MeyerMachine.com Online Store. We reserve the right to include or exclude particular payment methods, without notice. In the case of refunded payment on expedited back orders, payment will be refunded back the charged card ONLY.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
6.1 Cancellation Right: The customer may cancel a sale only when items ordered for expedited delivery (Next Day Service, 2-Day Service, 3-Day Service) are not available for immediate shipment. Meyer Machine Supply & Equipment will attempt contact with the customer to relay this information for further instruction. In such case of Partial Shipment on an expedited shipment, the back ordered portion may be cancelled by the customer, until the time that the items ship out.
6.2. Consequences of Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, the items cancelled and the associated shipping costs minus a 7.5% credit card processing fee will be refunded to the card used during the online purchase. Documentation of cancellation will be processed and sent by email to the customer to conclude the cancellation process.

6.3. Returning Goods: Goods purchased through MeyerMachine.com Online Store may be returned to Meyer Machine & Equipment only in accordance with the Online Store Return Policy that is posted on the website.
7. SHIPMENT & DELIVERY
Meyer Machine Supply & Equipment will process shipment in the manner described throughout the order process chosen by the customer. At the time of pick-up by said delivery service, Meyer Machine Supply & Equipment transfers ownership of goods to purchaser. All items shipped will be insured through carrier. Any damage claims shall be resolved between buyer and carrier. All shipments are FOB Meyer Machine Supply & Equipment dock.
8. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
The customer data collected on MeyerMachine.com Online Store will be used solely for the purposes of online business with Meyer Machine Supply & Equipment.
The MeyerMachine.com Online Store only exchanges encrypted data over the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your privacy. Meyer Machine Supply & Equipment collects and processes customers’ personal information fairly and lawfully. Meyer Machine Supply & Equipment does not store any credit card information on its servers.
