RS-100 is a water-based spray sealant engineered to seal joints, penetrations and seams from inside of the HVAC ductwork. The superior physical properties of this non-tack sealant will meet and exceed the SMACNA pressure classes and its flexibility allows for system operation without cracking. RS-100 sealant is formulated with EPA registered chemicals to resist microbial growth on the surface of the sealant.

Hardcast Duct-Seal 321 Indoor/Outdoor Fiber Reinforced Gray. 1 Gallon. Duct-Seal 321 in an all purpose industrial grade duct sealant for all types of metal duct, glass fiber duct board, and flex duct, as well as duct fabric and flexible tubing runouts. It includes UV inhibitors for extended outdoor exposure and built-in fiber reinforcement for added strength. RE-500, now with complete one-coat coverage, is a high-performance, spray-applied insulation encapsulant and coating for use inside HVAC ductwork. RE-500 is formulated with EPA-registered chemicals to resist microbial growth on the surface of the coating. At 13 g/l, this low VOC coating is ideal for critical projects such as hospital and schools. The semi-gloss finish provides a non-stick surface that will inhibit fiberglass degradation and debris accumulation that could lead to mold and mildew growth.
