HVAC Air Duct Cleaning is a growing industry that serves markets from residential to heathcare, and everything in between. Increased concern regarding Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) is a driving force bringing to light the contaminants that are present in today’s buildings. The duct system is the building’s breathing structure, and can have higher concentrations of dirt, microbial growth, and other harmful substances than the floors of public restrooms.
30′ Standard-Duty Residential Button-Lock Rotary Brushing Cable. The AGR612 is part of the AGR6XX series brush system and works with all AGR6XX series button-lock brushes. The Standard-Duty cable is designed for use with brushes 16″ in diameter and smaller. The rotating inner core (AGR692) is field replaceable, to allow for minimal down-time in the case of an over-torque breakage. This rotary brushing cable and system is designed to be used with a clutch enabled drill. An optional adaptor (AGR689) can be used to connect AGR5XX series twisted wire core brushes.
3/8″ Fiberglass Extension Brush Rod. This is 48″ long and provides a rigid extension for duct brushes. Brush rod uses 1/4″ NPT connection. With the use an optional adaptor(AGR695), AGR6XX brush head can be used with nylon and fiberglass extension rods.
3/8″ Nylon Extension Brush Rod. This is 48″ long and provides a flexible extension for duct brushes. Brush rod uses 1/4″ NPT connection. With the use an optional adaptor(AGR695), AGR6XX brush head can be used with nylon and fiberglass extension rods.
5/16″ Nylon Extension Brush Rod. This is 48″ long and provides a very flexible extension for duct brushes. Brush rod uses a 5/16″-18 threaded connection. With the use an optional adaptor(AGR695), AGR6XX brush head can be used with nylon and fiberglass extension rods.
48″ diameter zone bag. Use air filled zone bags to split large duct systems into small zones for easier cleaning when airflow is limited. Zone a system to maximize airflow with whatever vacuum you use.
