$232.00The Squall Cold Mist Fogger Attachment. The Squall is a remote venturi air/liquid mixing nozzle, specifically designed for use in air ducts and on HVAC equipment. The design allows for a cleaning technician to attach it to standard compressed air duct cleaning extension lines like the Hurricane. Using compressed air its power source, the treatment liquid is drawn through the liquid line to the mixing nozzle where it is then sprayed out in a micro-drop mist. By leveraging the use of existing compressed air extension lines, the Squall cold mist fog can be applied from within the duct, providing consistent product application as the nozzle is retracted back toward the technician. The General is the vacuum/collector you need for a powerful start in the air duct cleaning business. The General has the versatility to tackle residential, light commercial, and indsutrial application cleaning projects.
The General is a high powered Gas Portable Air Duct Cleaning Vacuum that features a portable four-wheeled cart for placement at the job-site in the most opportunistic spot. On many residential air duct cleaning projects, the General can be connected to the air duct system with 50′-75′ of vacuum hose, allowing for maximum airflow by the vacuum.
Excessive hose runs, and long setup times are a thing of the past when your cleaning crew operates The General. With average hose runs between 50′-75′, setup times for a two-man crew can be limited to 10 minutes; storing truck-loads of bulky hose for residential cleaning projects can be a problem of the past.
The material handling fan-wheel on The General, allows for constant airflow of 5,250 CFM through the entire cleaning process. Dirty filters in the airstream are a non-issue with The General. An oversize cloth filter bag acts as the filter device, and a large cannister collects removed debris for disposal.
As air duct cleaning projects increase in size, airflow should in turn also increase. The coupling of two General power vacuums together is an effective, low cost method for increasing airflow on projects that demand it. In light commercial and industrial applications, The General is capable of pulling through hose-runs up to 250′ in length. The General is also available with Alternate Fuel/Power Options including LP-GAS and Electric Motor. For industrial applications that allow the combustion of LP-GAS engines indoors, bring The General indoors to reduce hose runs and increase airflow. Filtration cabinets are available for LP-GAS and Electric Powered vacuum arrangements that can provide CLASS 100, HEPA filtered air.
